Since our products are associated with food and food contact, Confectionery House cannot accept returns, or offer refunds/exchanges once your order leaves our facility. This ensures our customers never receive items that have been used or tampered with.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know by sending us an e-mail within 48 hours of receiving your order, and please save all packaging and boxes. You may be asked to take a photo of your damaged items and the packaging so we can better serve you.
