Clear Piping Gel

Wilton piping gel is clear and just the right product to attach gum paste or fondant decorations to your cakes. Since it's clear it won't appear on your decorations, and it's ideal for white cakes or wedding cakes. Piping gel can also be tinted using gel food coloring.
