Here's What You'll Need.
1 pound Merckens White Chocolate Melts
1/2 inch Icing Eyes
Pink Sanding Sugar
Pink Sixlets
Square Smores Marshmallows
Pretzel Sticks (broken in half)
Cut Marshmallows and Break the Pretzel Sticks.
First, you'll need to make the bunny ears by cutting the marshmallows and dipping them into sanding sugar. We like using kitchen shears for this, it makes the job easy!
Next, break pretzel sticks in half and set all ingredients aside until it’s time to decorate the chocolate bark.
Melt Merkens Candy Coatings and Spread Out onto a Cookie Sheet.
Melt Merckens White Candy Coatings and spread it out onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper using an angled spatula. You can find instructions for how to melt Merckens Candy Coatings HERE.
Decorate the Bunny Bark!
Decorate the melted chocolate and make bunny faces using the marshmallows, pretzels, icing eyes, and pretzel sticks!
Cut the Bunny Bark into Pieces.
Once you're done decorating the bark, let it set up to harden and cut into pieces.
Cutting the bunny bark can be a little tricky. It’s ok if some of the faces break. Score around the bunny faces with a sharp knife before cutting it apart. Then cut into pieces.
Why make bunny bark?
Aside from it being quick, cute, and easy, the large pieces take up space in Easter baskets, plus it’s affordable to make!
Wrap them in cellophane bags and place in Easter baskets, or hand out as gifts to friends!
