- Line a cookie pan with a piece of parchment paper.
Melt Merckens Melts (see here for information on how to melt Merckens).
Add peppermint crunch and stir to combine.
- Spread mixture onto prepared cookie sheet.
Place cookie sheet with melted merckens and peppermint crunch mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or until set up and hardened.
- Break into bite-size pieces--do this with your hands or a knife. Place into bags and seal. Store at room temperature for up to four weeks.

One bag of red and green peppermint crunch makes two batches of bark. So, you'll need two pounds of Merckens candy coatings to make a double batch!
