You can make this fudge any time of year, it's great for Valentine's Day, Christmas, Easter, or make it for your next birthday party and decorate with sprinkles that match your theme!
This recipe only requires five ingredients to make but you could get creative and add in a cup of chopped nuts or your favorite candy toppings like Toffee Crunch Pieces, Tiny Crispy Rice, or change up the flavoring by using any of our extracts, emulsions, and candy flavoring oils.

This 5 minute no fail fudge recipe is creamy, delicious, and easy to make. You can't mess it up! Make it with Merckens chocolate melts and add in your favorite flavorings, toppings, and sprinkles!
Ingredients

1 lb Merckens Candy Coatings (Milk, White, Dark or any of the Colored Coatings)
14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 1/2 tsp Vanilla or flavoring
2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
Dash of salt
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

8x8x2 inch deep square cake pan

Directions
Line an 8x8 square cake pan with parchment paper, set aside.
In a medium microwave safe bowl, combine Merckens Candy Coatings, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter, stir until combined.
Microwave on high power for one minute. Stir to incorporate all of the ingredients and microwave for another minute. Continue the process of microwaving for 1 minute intervals and stirring, until all ingredients have completely melted and the mixture is smooth and combined.
If all of the chocolate is melted but the butter hasn't fully melted, stir and use the heat of the melted chocolate to melt down the butter the rest of the way.
Stir in a dash of salt and vanilla or flavoring of choice. If you'd like to add chopped nuts or candy toppings you can stir those in now.
Pour into an 8x8 parchment lined cake pan and decorate with sprinkles, nuts or candy toppings. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until completely set up and firm.
Cut into small pieces and enjoy!
