Our Maple Walnut Cream Center is a firm cream filling that has a creamy but firm texture! Make filled chocolates using chocolate molds and press into chocolate shells. Great for making homemade filled chocolate eggs during Easter too!
If cream filling is too sticky to work with, powder hands with cornstarch before working with it.
