Apricot cake and pastry filling is excellent for pies, pastries, cookies, Linzer cookies, tortes, and between cake layers. These delicious ready-made pastry fillings do not soak into cakes. Easy to use, just snip the end of the bag and squeeze onto cake layers, spreading out with an angled spatula.
- Contains 2 pounds of apricot cake and pastry filling.
- One sleeve pastry filling yields 3 cups.
- Unopened sleeve of filling stays fresh for up to one year from time of purchase.
- Refrigerate after opening, opened pack stays fresh for 3-6 months.
