Apricot cake and pastry filling is excellent for pies, pastries, cookies, Linzer cookies, tortes, and between cake layers. These delicious ready made pastry fillings do not soak into cakes. Easy to use, just snip the end of the bag and squeeze onto cake layers, spreading out with an angled spatula.
